Kalyan Seva Sansthan want to nurture the education sector of Bihar.

ABOUT KALYAN SEVA SANSTHAN

Kalyan Seva Sansthan had a very humble beginning in the initial years of 1990s. Our society came into existence with the motive of improving the health conditions in Bihar, which then was in a very pathetic situation.

There were multidimensional reasons for this problem like poverty, illiteracy, unhygienic conditions, lack of hospitals etc. But the foremost cause was the lack of skilled health workers.

In a state whose population was equal to Germany, had not even 1% of the health professionals as compared to that. There was an acute shortage of people in Allied health or Paramedical sector.

Only few renowned Government Medical Colleges like Patna Medical College & Hospital (PMCH), Darbhanga Medical College and Ranchi Medical College provided courses in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Lab Technology and Radiography.

So, our organization decided to establish a Paramedical colleges, nursing colleges and many education sector which will nurture the health sector and education sector of Bihar.

Chairman's Message

“Choose career wisely and precisely”

Dear Guardians,

Today’s world is full of job opportunities but simultaneously it’s also a world of consistently changing work environment and economy. In every sector, there are ample job vacancies but they also face recessions time to time. During recessions, no new vacancy is created and simultaneously companies eliminate many employees in order to survive. This creates worst scenario for people who don’t have good financial backup or family support.

Today, there is desire among every youth to secure his/her career, social status, financial backup and fulfill their all dreams. This could only be possible when you chose their career wisely and precisely. Generally Health sector is considered a recession proof sector in a world of growing ailments where desire among people to afford a quality healthcare service is increasing day by day.

In Nursing and Paramedical sector, there are immense job options like whether you want to be in academics (teaching) or in clinics (healthcare), in govt. sector or private sector, in your locality, out of state or even abroad. Even if you don’t want any of these, you can still be self employed like doing work of homecare nursing, geriatric nursing, homecare physiotherapist, start your own diagnosis centre or practice on your terms and conditions.

Thus nursing and paramedical sector gives strength to the career of your ward. So investment of your ward in the right course of study is extremely important for his/her bright future.
